Shipping & Delivery
If you order a PDF pattern, this is emailed to you via a link. Shipping fees only apply to physical items sent via courier. Physical orders are dispatched on the next working day and all parcels are packed without plastic where possible.
New Zealand
Your parcels are sent from Nelson, NZ via NZ Post. Tracking is included and depending on how far your house is from mine, it should arrive within 2-5 working days. Shipping costs to standard NZ addresses are:
- $6.50 for orders under $25.
- Free shipping on orders over $25.
Rural delivery customers (because it turns out that courier companies don't share our love of the countryside):
- $12 for orders under $40
- Free shipping on orders over $40.
Rest of the World
All parcels included tracked shipping using NZ Post and their international partners. The parcel will take 3-10 working days to arrive, depending on your location and whether or not it's a busy season for the freight companies. Shipping costs are in NZD.
- $40 for orders under $150
- Free shipping on orders over $150.
